Weather in the Dome

This is why we were wearing hats and jackets. Telescope domes are not heated so that mirages aren't created. Three inches of snow accumulated outside while we played. We had thunder, and lightning struck within 1000 meters. Later we heard the sheets of snow sliding off the dome. Five inches of snow fell by 1:30 am.
